Acceptance and eligibility
By using PWS Markets, you agree to these site-use terms. You must be at least 18 and have capacity to accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Current service
PWS Markets publishes market information, educational articles, indicators and browser-based calculators. It does not currently offer user accounts, paid subscriptions, trade execution, personalized advice, signal subscriptions or account management.
Informational use
The content and tools are for informational and educational purposes, not financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice. They do not recommend transactions or create an adviser-client or fiduciary relationship. You are responsible for your decisions and independently verifying information. License and ownership
You may access our original content and tools for personal or internal business use. PWS Markets retains rights in its original code, prose and branding, subject to applicable law and any stated licenses. Third-party charts, widgets, data, logos, trademarks and other materials belong to their respective owners and are subject to their own terms. We do not claim ownership of embedded TradingView content or government data. This paragraph does not restrict rights granted by law or third-party licenses.
Prohibited use
Do not use the site unlawfully, tamper with restricted systems, attempt to disrupt services, distribute malware or spam, or misuse signup forms. We may restrict access to protect the site or address misuse.
Third-party services
TradingView embeds, source links and email/hosting providers are independent services subject to their own terms and policies. Availability, accuracy and timeliness of their content are outside our control. Links and embeds do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Availability and warranties
The site is provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a trading purpose. Calculator outputs depend on entered assumptions and stated scope and exclude costs unless expressly included.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWS Markets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use following changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
